february 14 has a special little place in my heart.

that's because,

8 years ago a dear friend changed my view on love.

she taught me that love is kind,

love is patient,

love is forgiving,

love is listening,

love is nonjudgmental,

love is caring,

and most importantly...

love is eternal.

Madeline made me realize the importance of love.

and to never take love for granted. 

to love unconditionally,

to love like crazy,

and to love like there's no tomorrow.

somehow,

this little lady had a perfect testimony of the 'big picture'.

which helped my 15 year old self have a better testimony of the 'big picture'.

and has continued to help my 23 year old self with an even better testimony of the 'big picture'.

so...
